
Commissioner Wilson hosts or attends many in-person events, including Town Halls, Meet and Greets, and open forums. Whenever possible, we try to provide video of these events for community members unable to attend.

Avalon R.S. Community Meeting: 12/15 @6pm
Avalon Rural Settlement: Harvest Church on Davenport Road is requesting a special exception to install a 1,344 sq. ft. modular building (offices) on the existing premises. Thursday evening, we’ll be joined by county staff at Bridgewater Middle to inform residents of the plan and request feedback. See you there!

Water Spring M.S. Community Meeting: 12/12 @6pm
WINTER GARDEN: Water Spring Middle School is nearly halfway built, which means it’s time for some progress updates via a community meeting. The meeting takes place a week from today at the nearby Water Spring Elementary. Join us if you’re interested!

Dr. Phillips Community Meeting: 12/7 @6pm
Dr. Phillips: Join us at Palm Lake Elementary on Wednesday for the run-down on a nearby subdivision plan. The applicant is requesting to subdivide 8.18 acres in order to construct 16 single-family residential dwelling units with associated stormwater and recreational tracts.

Dr. Phillips Community Meeting: 12/5 @6pm
Monday evening, we’ll be with county staff at Palm Lake Elementary to discuss an applicant’s zoning request. The landowner is seeking a special exception to allow for an 8,614 sq. ft. private school with 146 students at the location shown in the graphic.

Gotha Community Meeting: 12/1 @6pm
We’ve got several community meetings before the holiday break, the next of which is TONIGHT at MetroWest Elementary! The owner of 6.6 Acres is requesting to subdivide the property in order to construct 6 single family residential dwelling units.

Waterleigh Park Community Meeting: 11/30 @6pm
We’ll be at the Waterleigh Clubhouse Ballroom tomorrow to discuss the construction of Waterleigh Park! This 5-acre park will be located west of the intersection of Atwater Bay Drive at Lost Creek Drive.
